MANA is a social performance club in Eindhoven — but it did not start as a gym. It started with one mission: to help people unlock more of their physical and mental potential.
The origin
In 2014, MANA founder Lars Tegelaars stepped away from traditional work structures to fully commit to coaching. The mission was simple: help people become stronger, physically and mentally, and make more out of life.
Years of coaching, education and more than 20,000 hours of personal training followed. During that time, he saw how powerful change could be when people felt supported, understood and challenged. But he also saw the limitations of the traditional fitness industry. Gyms sold access and left the difficult part to the member. A keycard. A floor full of machines. A programme. And good luck.
The problem was not a lack of information. It was a lack of integration. MANA began as the answer: a next-generation wellness platform designed to bring mindset, training, nutrition, coaching, gamification and community together in one place. Not as separate features — as one connected journey.
Because true change does not happen through quick fixes. It happens when the right system becomes part of your life.

The community that keeps showing up.

The Forge — where the work gets done.
From platform to physical space
From the beginning, MANA was built to bridge the digital and physical worlds. The platform could provide structure, coaching and personal guidance. But we also believed that offline connection mattered.
People are shaped by the spaces they enter. By the standards around them. By the coaches who know their name. By the community that notices when they stop showing up.
That belief led to the next stage of MANA. MANA SPC™ opened inside The Blob — one of Eindhoven’s most recognisable buildings. Not as a commercial gym with more machines. As a Social Performance Club™: one connected environment where training, recovery, coaching, nutrition, mindset and community live under one roof.
The club is the physical expression of the original MANA vision. The platform extends the experience beyond the building. Coaching connects both. Together, they form one system.

The mark
The MANA mark is a single ignite-red flame formed by three curves and three sharp points. Mindset. Training. Nutrition. Three forces coming together in one continuous motion.
It represents progress, energy and the moment someone decides to move forward. The mark leads. The word follows.
Red is used as a trace, not a wash. It appears where energy lives: the spark in the mark, the line through the page and the moment someone commits.
